The APIL Essential Retail Income Fund is a multi-property fund with an acquisition target of $100M expected to be acquired through to 30 June 2022. The Fund will close for investment thereafter and the properties will be managed through to the end of an 8 year Term. The Fund aims to acquire supermarket anchored neighbourhood centres, food and beverage properties, medical and large format retail throughout Australia that are strategically located and supported by strong underlying fundamentals. The Fund will seek to secure properties with long leases, and target initial distributions of between 6.0 and 6.5 cents per unit per annum.
The ultimate goal of the APIL Essential Retail Income Fund is wealth creation. We aim to achieve this by pinpointing properties capable of strong yields over the medium to long term. Then, we share the profits with investors every month, so they directly reap the benefits of their investment.
