APIL is pleased to introduce the latest acquisition to the APIL Industrial Fund No. 1:

  • 29-37 Wilkins Road, Gillman (Adelaide), South Australia

On completion of the above acquisition, the fund will comprise five properties with a total acquisition price nearing $70.0M.

The Fund already includes:

  • 150 Quill Way, Henderson WA
  • 5-17 Taminga Street, Regency Park SA
  • 15 Titanium Court, Crestmead QLD
  • 30 Brickworks Place, Darra QLD

The APIL Industrial Fund No. 1 is an industrial fund with a target size of $125m in assets, which is expected to be acquired through to 31 Dec 2020. The Fund will close for investment thereafter and the properties will be managed through to the end of the Fund Term, estimated to be in December 2027. The Fund will acquire industrial properties in Australia which are we located and supported by strong underlying fundamentals.
