Floreat residents will soon have more choice when it comes to healthcare with a
brand new medical centre set to open its doors at Floreat Forum Shopping Centre in
Floreat Forum General Practice, will house nine treatment rooms as well as a
reception and waiting area, along with a pathology service provided by Clinipath.
Works have already started on the new centre which will offer a comprehensive
range of general medical care for men, women and children as well as offering a
range of specialist services, including skin cancer checks, cosmetic treatments, travel
vaccines and on-site pathology.
Floreat Forum General Practice will join an established group of medical centres
owned and operated by a local provider with over 10 years’ experience in
healthcare. The Director of Floreat Forum General Practice is excited to be opening
the new centre at Floreat Forum and is eager to share the facility with the local

The new facility will be located in the centre of the main mall at Floreat Forum
Shopping Centre, with convenient external access off the Floreat Avenue lane-way
and a new internal entrance directly into the shopping mall opposite Coles
Floreat Forum Centre Manager, Denise Johnson is delighted to be welcoming these
new services to Floreat Forum.

The opening of Floreat Forum General Practice will support the existing allied health
offering already available at Floreat Forum Shopping Centre, which comprises of
optometry, physiotherapy, chiropractic, pharmaceutical and audiometry.
